Returns and Exchange

Though we always strive to provide you with a great experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your Order within 7 days, from the day of Delivery.

• Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 24 hours of delivery.

• All products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact, packaging and invoice.

• Postage and charges for return of these will be borne by the customer.

• All exchange requests will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse.

• Return/Exchange of the merchandise bought online cannot be made to store.

• It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequate packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

• The defective/damaged item sent for replacement must be received within 10 days of delivery to claim the replacement.

• Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges on any sale, opened or used products.

Cancellation Policy-

You can cancel an order until it has been packed at our warehouse by emailing us at . This does not include items purchased on sale. Any amount paid will be credited via same payment mode through which the payment was made.
