I am a decade old customer of DAMILANO and had a terrible experience after purchasing a pair of sandals worth 8K. Shockingly, the strap came off after just one wear. I returned the product to their store in DLF Mall, Noida, expecting a basic level of service and accountability.
To my surprise, the staff outright refused to take responsibility and even suggested I get it fixed from a roadside cobbler! This is completely unacceptable for a premium brand. After some insistence, they took the sandals for repair, but it took them 20 days just to do a shabby fix, and the strap came off again immediately.
I returned to the store, only to find they hadn’t even repaired it properly. In fact, they had just dumped the sandals in their warehouse. No update, no follow-up. I had to leave them again, and it took another 15–20 days for a poor-quality patch job which again didn’t last.
To make things worse, their online customer support is non-existent. I tried contacting them through Instagram and Facebook chats, but never got a single response. No one registered my complaint or followed up.
Honestly, this was my first and last experience with Damilano. Completely disappointed — poor product quality, zero customer service, and a total waste of money.
